Pranayama, meditation & contemplative practices

The breath is our most powerful tool for accessing clarity and presence. Through pranayama (ancient breathing practices), meditation, and guided breath work sessions, I help you cultivate the inner stillness where wisdom lives.

These practices create space—space to be still, to listen deeply and to connect with your inner intelligence. Whether you're navigating business decisions, life transitions, or simply seeking to come home to yourself, the breath is a powerful doorway.

  • Breath work- based on traditional Pranayama yogic techniques for nervous system regulation, subtle energy and balance

  • Meditation - Guided and silent practices to cultivate presence and inner stillness

  • Integration - Weaving these practices into your daily life and decision-making

Each session is tailored to where you are and what you need. Some clients come for single sessions during times of transition, others develop an ongoing practice with regular support.

How it works:

Private sessions are conducted online via video call in a quiet, supportive environment. Sessions typically run 60 minutes and include:

  • Check-in and intention setting

  • Guided breath work and or meditation practice

  • Integration time and reflection

  • Take-home practices if desired

No prior experience is necessary—just an open heart and willingness to explore. I'll guide you through each session to ensure you feel safe and supported throughout.
